iPhone Developer – London -Permanent

iPhone Developer is urgently required by this market leading FTSE 100 energy company based in West London

The company charged with securely handling large volumes of customer data is looking for a talented iPhone Developer to work within a dynamic team aimed with creating an unmatched customer experience. The Role

As an iPhone Developer you will work within the dynamic online development team focused on designing and developing iPhone applications to support the flagship website. My client is including the use of iPhone as the next step in expanding the business to better suit its customers. You will participate and lead teams from project inception to production implication.

The ideal candidate should be confident delivering in an agile environment. Versatility is key as projects and programmes are continually changing.

Essential Skills:

• Experience of iPhone development, Objective-C and Xcode and MacOs

• Formal development methodologies, such as Agile and XP.

• Unix Fluency

Advantageous skills:

• Experience with Web Service Integration, such as SOAP and XML

• Android

• J2SE, J2EE, UML and OO

• JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Weblogic 9.2 and Oracle 10g

• Database DML and DDL scripting, normalisation and Data Modelling techniques

• Formal IT qualifications

• Previous experience with C and/or Smalltalk
